Why is it that every time that some sort of national examination takes place whether it be SATS, GCSE's, A Level etc. The media thinks that "Oh yeah well the exams are getting easier, so everyone's getting A's" Erm no shut up. The media have really got to stand to one side for a minute and stop looking at there stats and actually think wait maybe these people that got A's actually studied hard and revise loads, so they were actually trying to get A's.

Man it just gots me so mad, although I have never accomplished a A/A* in anything I still think how upsetting that must be to hear some poxy news reporter go "The pass rate of A level students has risen again this year, many people have got A's/A*'s so we ask the question are the exams getting easier?" So imagine hearing that on the news as you found your results and got several A's and A*'s.

"Mr news reporter did you get all A's/A*'s in your school years"

"Not all A's no"

"Do you have the right to even bring up the question then?"

"Yes, I am a newsreporter for the BBC"

"No you are a stuck up posh reporter that wants the best story so you can go to your boss and get a raise."

The Media really need to stop bringing up the fact of exams getting easier. I think the media should actually remember whats it's like to take exams and the pressure, the worry and the sleepless nights and on top we have some news reporter saying "Oh well there getting easier now". (It's a good job I moderate myself otherwise they'd be a choice of words following) It angers me how they can just sit there and just say all this and to back it up they have statistics.... Figures on a piece of paper.... How about try hard concrete evidence. They think just because they've done a survey of success rate each year they can compare it and then give a verdict, well let me tell you, there are somethings that figures can't back up and this topic is one of them.

Oh yeah and if these news reporters think that the exams are getting easier why don't they prove it by taking a 2 year course and then doing the exam, and see if they pass or fail? Actually back up there claims for once....
