Sleeping in, a wonderful perk!

Typing this at 12 AM on a Monday morning, im actually realizing that I should be calling it a night. But that's out the question as I've been updating this blog and doing other things so now my brain is really active and wants to be New York city (The city that never sleeps) but as summer comes to a end and me returning back to school next week, I've realized that I've been getting up very early and by early I mean 7 AM everyday. In the holiday's!

WHAT?!?! Now this is a unwritten law, if it's holidays you should sleep in till gone 11. But with me, I've just finished working with my uncle (Who is a builder) and I went to work with him for 6 weeks and everyday for those 6 weeks I had to get up at 6:30 AM every day. Looks like it's caused seriously damage to my body clock! I think im still in work mode and my body thinks that I need to be waking up at early times which sucks because I really don't when I go to bed at like 1 AM....

But realising this has brought attenion to those little perks that you seems to take for granted when you don't work. Another example is weekends, like say when you were younger you understood when it was the weekend because of not going to school for the next two days, but now to me after working weekends are like holy days and I seem to enjoy them as much as that once a month chinese take-away that we have. It just shows you how you really overlook things and that them for granted but when you come face to face with the reality of them, it really hits home.

The fact that I can't sleep in anymore has really annoyed me and I've literally being trying to force myself to sleep in! Seriously! Sounds drastic but I've actually been trying, and im still failing. My god it's like Mission Impossible's next mission. I just can't do it anymore! I'd do anything to be able to sleep past 11 right now!

So ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls etc etc... What have we learnt from this? Well if you've taken a job that requires you to get up really early in the morning remember when your employer said "You've got the job" he also needed to say "You have signed your right away to sleeping in ever again, Include weekends!"

    so true man, so true.

I got in trouble for sneaking out (I won't say why here) but my parents forced me to wake up at 8a.m. every morning there after.

And my job makes me work mornings every-now-and-then as well.

    So I feel ya man.
