Today is the release of a free website template I've been working on called Neutral. It is a free website template that takes features of a website as well as the appearance of a blog. It has been coded with XHTML and CSS and all the code you need is given to you. It's a great little template and if your looking for something small and light. This layout if for you! The template itself is free (Otherwise it would be false advertising!) but make sure you read the license that is within the download and release post. It just tells you what you can and can't do with the template.

What do get with this template:

  • Valid XHTML and CSS
  • A Valid coded Javascript Calendar Script
  • A two column website design
  • A clean and light interface

What can you do with this template:

  • You can adapt it as it's released under the CC license (More info on that below) however you must leave in the footer credit, otherwise you would be breaking the license.
  • You can change the code within the XHTML and CSS documents but like I said you must leave in the footer credit.

What can't you do with this template:

  • Re-distribute the template and pass it off as your own work
  • Claim ownership of the template
  • Use the template for commerical use

For more information on what you can/can't do with this free template, please click the button below to view the license that the template is released under:
