The new forum discussion board

Last night and this morning I have been finishing the integration process of embedding a forum within the blog. After a few days or reading guides and coding I have managed to integrate the new forum into the blog. We are using a fantastic forum which is powered by bbPress, which sounds familiar to WordPress yes? That's because bbPress is developed by the same people that develop WordPress (Well some) bbPress is specifically designed as a forum for WordPress, as it has intergration abilities a WordPress installation.

I've always wanted to create a forum, and create a busy community, well now James' Blog is one step closer to the dream as you will now see a new forum link on the navigation bar and also a new link on the top-bar. You may have seen a forum pop up earlier but then see it disappear. That was me infact testing out various things and then deleting them. But now the new forum is here to stay.

Like I said the forum is powered by bbPress and has been successfully intergrated within the wordpress database, meaning when you are logged into the blog, you are also logged into the forum, and similar to this when you create a account it automatically creates a account for both the forum and the blog. Saves time and is a big convience for you! IN actual fact the intergration of tables in the databases was more straight forward than actually intergrating the James' blog website theme into the forum.

There we're some slight issues, intergrating certain wordpress functions (Such as the wp-blog-header.php) but I have managed to fix these and can now use WordPress functions in the new forum. I guess the big hype about this is the whole intergration idea of it all. Thanks for the lovely people at bbPress WordPress and bbPress can work in harmony and the databases can talk to each other

Right now there are minor CSS errors on the forum because you have to remember intergration is a task thats not exactly meant to be done. Much like a plugin "Doing that stuff that it's not supposed to do" I will be fixing the minor CSS errors sometime today (Most likely in the afternoon) as I am leaving for Sixth form at about 9:30 AM.

Categories and forums are not set up yet, as the whole of last night was literally concertrating on intergration and nothing else. I started creating forums, but I never finished. So right now the forum is pretty bare, but this will be sorted later today.

The forums is online now, and as soon as I post this I will be adding a link to the forum on the navigation bar and top bar so you can find it, but im sure the URL I'll link you to here is predictable enough:

Good morning guys, please accept my appologies for interruption. I am desperately looking for new or used walk in coolers, at a moral cost. I need this refrigeration equipment because my non profit organization is trying to establish shelter institutions all around the world in support of homeless public and We need a place with cafeteria, kitchen and proper kitchen gear to store provisions. If you happen to know where I can get it or choose to donate yours, please answer. Many thanks. Enjoy the rest of your day!
