James' Blog since it was started has had a list of things to archive, in actual fact there's a list of tasks that have been prioritized, a couple of days ago, the task of creating a logo for James' Blog appeared and this has been whats happening over the past two days or so. I admit I should of designed a logo sooner, but with college work and others things it's really been hard to find the time to get one done.
But last night I finalised the logo and have uploaded it to the site, thus removing the previous James' Blog text that was on the header which was using <h1> (Header tags) for blogs you can get away with it, just using text, but I strongly believe a website needs a logo to personalise itself on the web.
It's nothing too fancy, just a font called "Luna Bar" in a perfect style that fits the blog, with additional blending options set to it in Photoshop. Im no Photoshop expert, but my skills we're enough to create a decent logo.
The logo has also been created for the forum as well so when you click on the forum you'll see the new James' Forum logo. Development on the forum itself is currently on hold while I sort out other things, but Im going to be working on the forum very shortly and hopefully create some exciting new prospects for James' Blog and the whole site.
I would also like to take this time to explain why there has been less updates this week. I haven't posted much news recently, or any posts for that matter, but I have a couple of new updates coming your way soon, and also have a few interesting posts in draft form currently being written. The lack of updates is due to myself just being busy, sure it doesn't take much to log into my blog, but thats really all I can do at the moment. With college work and other commitments time has been the issue. But over the new few days, look out some interesting posts!
